By accessing or purchasing from AARISH, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Shipping & Tracking
All orders are dispatched with tracked shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Quality Assurance
Every item undergoes quality inspection prior to dispatch. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team promptly at support@aarishofficial.com or via the Contact tab on our website.
Returns Policy
All sales are final. Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged and remains in its original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags attached. Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to sending any item back to ensure proper guidance.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, and other verified payment platforms available at checkout.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and customs processing. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days domestically. International shipping may take 7–15 business days. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside of our control.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and suitable packaging. Return instructions will be provided after review.
Colour Accuracy
We aim to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to lighting and individual device settings.
Stock Availability
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed with express or priority shipping may not be eligible for cancellation once processed. AARISH reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Customers will be notified and refunded accordingly.
